What does the monthly retainer cover?
The retainer covers active management of your deployed agents — hosting, monitoring, prompt tuning, incident response, and continuous optimization. Your agents improve over time because we are actively working on them every month. This is not a passive hosting fee.
Do I own my agents after the build?
Yes. All source code, prompts, deployment scripts, and documentation are yours. If you terminate your retainer, we hand everything over within 30 days. You own it completely.
What is the minimum commitment?
Starter Agent and Agent Team plans require a 3-month minimum retainer after the build is complete. After the minimum period the engagement rolls month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.
Who is the Agent Management plan for?
Agent Management is specifically for businesses that already have AI agents deployed — whether built internally or by another vendor — and want expert ongoing management. It is not available as a downgrade option for clients currently on a Starter Agent or Agent Team retainer.
Can I upgrade from Starter Agent to Agent Team?
Yes. If your needs grow beyond a single agent, we scope the additional agents and orchestration layer and transition you to the Agent Team plan. The work already done on your existing agent carries forward.
What does the 21-day guarantee mean exactly?
From the day your project officially kicks off — after the setup fee is paid and onboarding is complete — your agent system will be fully operational within 21 calendar days. If it is not, we continue building at no additional cost until it is live and performing as specified. The guarantee applies to Starter Agent and Agent Team builds. It does not apply to the Strategy engagement, which is a consulting deliverable with its own defined timeline.
What if I cancel my retainer and later want to come back?
If you return within 90 days and your system is in good shape, we resume your retainer at your previous rate with no re-onboarding fee. If you return after 90 days, a re-onboarding assessment applies ($300–500) to audit your system state and restore full monitoring and documentation. Your retainer then resumes at current rates. We recommend staying on retainer — agents that go unmanaged degrade over time as models update and integrations shift.
