Engagements

Straightforward engagements. Outcomes you can measure.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific operation. Pricing is confirmed after your discovery call — no surprises, no vague retainers.

Now accepting founding clients — limited availability. Founding clients receive preferred retainer rates locked for 12 months.

How the model works

Every engagement is scoped during a discovery call. We confirm the build approach, integrations, and retainer that fit your operation — no surprise line items, no vague retainers. The retainer is an active service: your system stays calibrated and improves over time, not stale. You own what we build. If you choose to terminate, you receive full handover with 30 days notice after your minimum commitment period.

Same-business-day incident response on every active retainer
Our commitments

Visible during the build. Responsive after launch.

During the build

You see working software every week, from kickoff to launch. Each weekly demo is a real artifact running in a working environment — never a slide deck, never a black-box build.

After launch

Same-business-day incident response on every active retainer. We monitor your system continuously and respond during business hours — typically within hours, not days. The retainer is an active service.

Pricing FAQ

What to expect.

Straightforward answers to the questions we get before every engagement begins.

How do I know if I need a workflow or an AI agent?

Workflows run on predefined paths — predictable inputs, predictable outputs, deterministic structure (with or without an LLM step inside). AI agents are different: the model itself decides what to do, which tools to call, and when to escalate. Most operations are workflows. AI agents are right when the work involves dynamic decisions that can't be scripted in advance. We recommend the right approach during your discovery call.

What does the monthly retainer cover?

The retainer covers active management of your deployed system — hosting, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement. Your system stays calibrated and improves over time because we are actively working on it every month. This is not a passive hosting fee.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Everything we build is yours — your automations, your integrations, your documentation. If you terminate your retainer, we hand everything over within 30 days. You own it completely.

What is the minimum commitment?

Every engagement requires a 3-month minimum retainer after the build is complete. After the minimum period the engagement rolls month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.

Can I start with a workflow and expand later?

Yes. Most clients start with a focused workflow and expand as the value compounds — sometimes into a connected operating system, sometimes by adding an AI agent layer when the operation needs decision-making. The work already done carries forward.

How do I know things are progressing during the build?

You see working software every week, from kickoff through launch. Each weekly demo is a real artifact deployed in a working environment — what we built, running — not a slide deck. If a week passes without visible progress, that is a signal something is off and we surface it immediately.

What is your incident response SLA after launch?

Same-business-day response on every active retainer. We monitor your system continuously and respond to incidents during business hours — typically within hours, not days. The retainer is an active service: we are working on your system every month, not passively hosting it.

What if I cancel my retainer and later want to come back?

If you return within 90 days and your system is in good shape, we resume your retainer at your previous rate with no re-onboarding fee. If you return after 90 days, a re-onboarding assessment applies — scoped to audit your system state and restore full monitoring and documentation. Your retainer then resumes at current rates. We recommend staying on retainer — automations that go unmanaged degrade over time as integrations shift and your business evolves.
